Authentication is required for:
- The organization and employee workspace

4. No Professional Advice
Precision Payroll provides software tools and informational calculations. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment or professional payroll advice.
Nothing on this website constitutes advice from a qualified legal, tax or financial professional. Before making payroll, employment, tax or financial decisions, consult a qualified professional and verify requirements against applicable official sources.
5. Calculation Estimates
All results produced by Precision Payroll calculators are estimates based on:
- The inputs you provide
- Configured assumptions within the calculator
- The calculation-engine version active at the time
- Available statutory data incorporated into the engine
Actual payroll, tax, deductions and settlement amounts may differ due to factors including your employer's salary structure, state-specific rules, individual tax circumstances, variable pay, payroll-cycle timing, employment contracts and policy choices.
Precision Payroll does not guarantee that any result is accurate, complete or current. Results must be independently verified before use in official payroll processing, statutory filings or employee communications.
6. User Responsibilities
- Accurate inputs — you are responsible for the accuracy of values you enter.
- Authorized use — use Precision Payroll only for lawful purposes.
- Employee data — only enter employee information you are authorized to process.
- Account security — keep your credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized access.
- Verification — verify any calculator output before use in statutory processes, payroll runs or official documents.
7. Organization & Employee Data
When you use the authenticated workspace to add organization details, create employee records or save payroll calculations, you represent that:
- You are authorized to enter and process the employee information provided.
- You have appropriate authority to create payroll records on behalf of the organization.
- Processing employee data complies with applicable data-protection and employment laws.
Precision Payroll acts as a service provider. You remain responsible for the lawful processing of employee personal data under your organization's obligations.
8. Saved Calculations
A saved calculation is a snapshot of the inputs and computed result at the time it was saved. Future changes to the Precision Payroll calculation engine, statutory rules or calculator assumptions do not automatically modify historical saved results. This is by design — saved records represent what was calculated at the time of saving.
If you wish to recalculate using current engine assumptions, open the saved record in the calculator and run a new calculation. Doing so creates a new snapshot without altering the historical record.
Only the following tools save records in the authenticated workspace: Salary Slip Generator, Overtime Calculator, PF & Pension Calculator, Notice Period / LWD Calculator, and FnF Settlement Calculator. Other calculators do not store results.
9. Generated Documents
Documents generated by Precision Payroll — including salary slips, overtime reports, PF projections and FnF summaries — are produced from the inputs and assumptions you configure. They must be reviewed and verified before being used for official payroll issue, employee communication, statutory filing, audit, loan application or any other formal purpose.
Precision Payroll does not produce government-certified, auditor-certified or tax-authority-verified documents.
10. Prohibited Uses
You must not use Precision Payroll to:
- Generate fraudulent, fabricated or misleading payroll or employment documentation
- Impersonate any employer, employee or authority
- Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account
- Bypass or circumvent security measures
- Collect or harvest user data through automated means

- Manipulate advertising systems or engage in ad fraud

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited.
